Pianists who won the 1989 APCA award (São Paulo Association of Art Critics): Miguel Proença (category "Recitalist"). The album "Heitor Villa-Lobos – Anthology for Piano", by Arthur Moreira Lima, wins the 1st Edition of the Brazilian Music Award in the category "Classical Album".
